To employ a legal foreign domestic helper, you will need to engage with a legal employment agency licensed by Ministry of Labor Malaysia. Processing a legal permit must be approved by the Ministry of Labor, respective Embassy and Immigration Department.You can also use the MyIMMs – eService to check the application status.You also need to take certain steps before the Work Permit is issued.
Renew Work Permit
Renew your Foreign Worker PL (KS) permit online through e-PLKS. For all successful transactions and payments, you can directly print it out and pin it to your Foreign Worker’s passport.
As for the Fomema Medical examination, it must be carried out according to the working year specified by the Immigration Department.
Appeal of Rejected Application
To appeal of rejected application, you will need to engage with a legal employment agency licensed by Ministry of Labor Malaysia. Processing for appeal of rejected application must be submit by manual thru Authorities related Department.You can also use the MyIMMs – eService to check the application status.You also need to take certain steps before the Work Permit is issued.
